Start your day with this smoothie. The natural ingredients are mixed with the high Vitamin A found in Kabocha Milk to help boost your immunity and metabolism in one smoothie.

2 cups spinach

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

1 .5 cups Kabocha Milk 

2 cups pineapple chunks (frozen)

1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions: Place spinach, mint, and Kabocha Milk into blender. Puree until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend again.

1 and ¼ cups All Purpose Flour (156g)

3 Tbsp White Granulated Sugar

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Salt

1 cup Kabocha Milk

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, baking powder and salt and mix together.

Pour in the Kabocha milk and mix properly to remove lumps.

Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.

When the pan is very hot, pour in some batter (roughly ¼ cup at a time).

When little bubbles appear on the top, flip the pancake over.

Continue to flip the pancakes regularly, pressing down with your spatula to ensure no wet batter remains in the center.

Add rice and 125ml water to saucepan, cover, and place on a stove at maximum heat. 

When the water starts boiling turn the heat down and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. 

Remove from heat and let steam for a further 15-20 minutes.

Uncover, stir through half a cup of Kabocha Milk, let sit for 5 minutes. 

Serve with other breakfast dishes.

Ingredients

- Kabocha Milk 150cc

- A piece of bread

- Butter 20gram

- Cheese for pizza 50gram

- Salt and pepper as necessary

1) Apply butter on gratin dish. Cut the bread into bite- size and lay it on gratin dish. Pour Kabocha Milk on the bread.

2) When the bread absorb Kabocha Milk, put cheese on top of the bread. Bake in oven for 8 minutes, until cheese melts.

3) Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Ingredients

- Kabocha Milk 250cc

- Powdered gelatin 5gram

- White broth 2 large table spoon

1) Pour Kabocha Milk and white broth in a pot, and let it boil. Add powdered gelatin and quickly stir

2) Let it cool down.

3) Move it to plastic container and keep it in

refrigerator. Let it harden.

4) Pour it on broccoli, lettuce and other preferred

vegetables.

Ingredients

- Kabocha Milk 150cc

- Tofu 175gram

- Powdered consommé 2 small table spoon

1) Drain water from tofu.

2) Put tofu in food processor. Stir with Kabocha Milk

and powdered consommé

3) If preferred can also be mixed with curry powder.

4) Can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients

- Kabocha Milk 80cc

- Oat Meal 50gram

- Baking Powder 5gram

- Honey 1 large table spoon

1) Pour oat meal into plastic container. Add Kabocha Milk and stir well. Leave it 5 minutes.

2) Add baking powder and stir well.

3) Wet hand and roll it into bite size.

4) Heat in microwave oven for minutes and a half.

5) Can be eaten with honey, butter and jam.
